Start with Finished Patty Diameter

The forming diameter is the first selection point. Multi Press Pro currently lists manual models for 100 mm, 130 mm and 150 mm patties. Choose the mold size that matches your bun, menu format and finished presentation.

Decide How You Will Control Weight and Thickness

These manual presses use a fixed-diameter mold. The amount of ground product loaded into the mold affects finished thickness and portion weight, so portioning practices should be defined as part of the workflow.

Consider Counter Space and Cleaning

Manual countertop presses are compact and do not require electrical service. Food-contact surfaces still need to fit your sanitation procedure and be accessible for regular cleaning.

Confirm the Product You Are Forming

Ground beef is common, but suitable poultry, fish, vegetable or plant-based mixtures may also be candidates. If your mixture is unusually sticky, soft or dense, confirm suitability before ordering.
